Positive: Quiet place near the city center, good breakfast, nice outdoor area and the lounge, wonderful staff.
Negative: The pillows are awful, the bathroom has no heating, the sink in the bathroom is very tall so it is uncomfortable to use it by people who are under 170 cm. Darkness in the room.
Positive: Really cozy family hotel, really nice room and nice roof terrace and very friendly host
Positive: Nice size rooms, great location short walk into the city, friendly helpful hosts. Great breakfast. massage available if you want one. Parking is available but only 2 spaces. Rooms have access to a communal lounge and outside rooftop terrace.
Negative: Shower has mould around the screen and toilet has stains in the bowl which just needs some bleach, so easy to clean, not sure why this is being left for guests to see. Light switch by the bed is loose and cover falls off easily which could be dangerous.
Positive: Very friendly owners of this small hotel. Close to city center, comfy beds, gigantic bath, breakfests brought to the table. Thank you very much!
Positive: Everything was great, the host was super nice.
Positive: The host was very helpful in suggesting sites that we would want, marking the locations on a map for easy access. The place is a 8-10 mins walk away from the main tourist area of Bruges, which made it accessible without having to navigate transit. It was one of the most affordable spots we could find that close to the city.
Negative: The picture makes the space seem much fancier looking than it is. Many aspects reminded me of the hand-me-down days of my early 20’s, from the old and scratchy towels and beddings ,to the way too soft and a bit lumpy mattress. The place could also use some finishing and reminded me of some of my own incomplete ADHD + DIY home projects. It could use a bit more loving attention
Positive: The staff was great and breakfast was excellent with good hosting. The location was perfect, quiet and walking distance to the center.
Negative: The shower was half installed, it was missing the door and was splashing all over. There were missing pillows, just small cushions. The fridge was dirty.
Positive: super friendly owner and the massages was incredible. the breakfast was pretty decent and the overall vibe was very cozy, warm and welcoming!

Negative: Suggestions more than what we didn't like. Have dustbin in room Beds too springy ( we prefer hard or not too soft) Have more options for breakfast may be Again, these are not complaints but suggestions. We enjoyed our stay and as I already said hosts were kind and approachable!!
Positive: Very nice personnel, walking distance from the city center.
Negative: Don't open windows carelessly - you will let mosquitoes in. There was no shampoo.
Positive: It was handy walking distance to the old centre and the host was friendly and made sure we had a free parking spot. The room was very spacious
Negative: It was pretty tired, the bed linens were old and made of polyester. The part we found odd was that the same person who checked us in, cleaned our room and gave us massage service in the spa was all the same person. maybe it’s a staffing issue? either way it was a bit awkward.
