Built in 2005, this hotel has a charming garden, where guests are invited to while away the hours, and comprises a total of 289 rooms spread over 3 six-storey blocks. The fully air-conditioned hotel offers various facilities including a foyer with a 24-hour reception desk, currency exchange counter, café, newspaper stand and hotel safe.

Additionally, shops, 4 bars, games room, conference room, public Internet terminal, a main restaurant (children's highchairs available), a pool restaurant as well as 2 à la carte restaurants with Spanish and Italian cuisine are also available. A laundry service, medical assistance as well as bicycle cellar, bike rental, a car park and garage are available. The baby's club is available for babies from 10 months to 3 years, and the children from 4 to 12 years will have lots of fun in the kid's club.

How to arrive

This exclusive hotel is located directly in the tourist centre of Playa Paraiso, right by the sea. The inviting beach with its turquoise-blue sea is to be found within easy reach of the hotel. Playa Fanabe beach is around 10 km away and the centre of Costa Adeje is 12 km away. The hotel offers a free bus service to the Hotel Jardines de Nivaria in Playa Fañabé.

Positive: Great location, the heated pool is fantastic, the rooms are spacious, and the breakfast and dinner are delicious. They even surprised me on my birthday!

Negative: The hotel is stunning and spacious, but when compared to other five-star establishments, the building could use a few updates. You can see signs of age in some areas of the room (walls, furniture etc.)

Positive: This property was perfect for our family vacation. We traveled with two children under the age of 10 and stayed in the family suite, which was perfect because it offered a separate bedroom for the children. I appreciated the little details like the stool in the bathroom because it made easier for helping the children with brushing their teeth and washing up. We also LOVED the kids pool area, which was like a mini water park for small children, and the kids club - the kids didn’t want to leave. We selected half board (breakfast and dinner), and the food selection was plentiful and tasty. The kids enjoyed the children’s buffet, especially the ice cream bar. We enjoyed time in the spa, while the kids were in the kids club. The highlight in the spa was the heated beds. Staff in every area of the resort were friendly and helpful. The views from our room and along the property were amazing. I highly recommend for families!

Negative: Enjoyed the spa, but the large spa pool wasn’t as hot as expected. The salt water jacuzzi was a good temperature, but could use a cleaning. There were bits of something floating around when the bubbles stopped.

Positive: The food and staff were amazing. I can't say enough about how friendly and respectful the staff was. They have really care about the appearance of the hotel, fresh live flowers everywhere and maintenance fixing amy flaws they saw.

Negative: The hot tub was not warm, the massage was good but their idea of medium was too soft (just my preference, others may like it).

Positive: Beautiful location, friendly staff, and a great buffet for both breakfast and dinner. The Balinese beds (available for an extra fee) are a great option for enjoying a more private and relaxing area.

Negative: The gym is the weakest point of the hotel. It’s located in the basement in an uninviting room with no windows, featuring old equipment and no water or towels available.

Positive: Breakfast was quite good, and also the (free with half board but hard to reserve) Italian dinner was amazing (except the dessert). The views from most of the rooms should be good, we got the direct ocean facing... just wow, amazing. Pool area is also clean, nice, beautiful.

Negative: The buffet dinner is quite bad, not worth it. Spa is pretty old and underwhelming. Spring mattress. Bathroom items low quality.

Positive: The hotel is great, very pleasant spacious rooms, great bathroom, a balcony with sunbeds. It's located in a small village, you can go for a walk on a long sea front. There is also an exit to a public beach, but the beach is very small. There are two pools, and the heated salty one is amazing. There is an underground parking available. Food is ok at breakfast, but we did not enjoy dinners that much. There is live music in the evenings too .

A special shout-out to Christofer, Javi, and Gabbriel, the bar staff, for their exceptional hospitality. Their kind and professional service, along with their warm attitude, made our time at the hotel even more memorable.
