Positive: The breakfast was amazing. The location was fun. In hindsite and after exploring the island, I think I would have preferrred to stay in a beach location to the west of Palma.
Negative: I would have preferred to stay in a different town/village. The hotel was very nice.
Positive: The location to the beach was very convenient.
Negative: The first room had ants but we had a late flight so the person at the desk said he couldn’t move us because he was more of a security guard than a concierge. In the morning they were able to move us after a bit of back and forth. We were moved to an accessibly room. The only issue with the new room was that the toilet was so high we couldn’t touch the floor while sitting on it. I’m 6 feet tall so that’s definitely a first for me.
Positive: Location right at the beach, Amazing breakfast, helpful staff with nice tips about the best places to go. Nice rooftop area with DJs on the weekends.
Negative: The Twin beds. Not fit for a couple that like to cuddle.
Positive: The location is prime. Rooftop swimming pool, combined with the entire design and walking distance to the beach makes the vacation truly special. Also the breakfasts are exceptional!
Negative: The bedlinen was not always changed for several days but otherwise the rooms were properly cleaned.
Positive: The location is nice.
Negative: The inflexibility of the staff to help us out. The pool is NOT a pool. It is a little kiddie splash pool.

Negative: The breakfast choice could be wider or slightly different each day The pool on the roof was very nice but not for swimming ( super small).
Positive: Super amazingly helpful staff. Went out of way to help with requests. Comfortable room, good bed and pillow. Great rooftop pool and bar. Right next to marina and two great beaches. Close to downtown and sea walk around the town. Breakfast had all that you could want with espresso maker!
Negative: Good to remember if light sleeper. It’s a hotel with multiple floors. If people are loud or moving furniture at 2 am, or flushing toilets, you do hear it. Neighborhood is quiet and almost no outside noise if you keep door to terrace open.
Positive: The rooftop deck was very nice with the bar. The pool however is not a pool It is about 3 feet deep.
Negative: The property itself is not a 4 star resort, It is definitely 3 stars. The rooms are decent however could use updating. The area itself is right on the water but compared to the rest of Mallorca, I’d skip over Colonia de saint jordi.
Positive: I loved the decor, the roof top restaurant, the proximity to the beach and other restaurant, the service and friendliness of the staff.
Negative: I liked everything about the property.
Positive: no parking and no parking around the hotel. the pool only goes to your knees. breakfast wasn’t great. there is only one elevator. it is really far from Palma. the “live music” was only on Saturday and not very lively. very expensive for what it is.
Positive: The only thing I liked was the Rooftop bar.
Negative: Don't let the many beautiful photos of the hotel deceive anyone; it's neither nice nor good! The breakfast is bad, the staff is rude and unfriendly. The wardrobe door fell on me several times, and they offered me another room for an extra 60 euros per day. The whole city is very depressing, and I wouldn't recommend the hotel or the area to anyone.
Positive: The hotel was situated in a very cute town, very easy access but it is more of a quiet spot. The terrace upstairs had a nice view and the espresso Martinis were yum!
Negative: The beds are quite hard for our taste and the rooms were smaller than expected
Positive: very central. walkable distance from all the beaches on both sides of the hotel. we went on a walk about and came to the conclusion that this hotel was perfectly situated. extremely homely atmosphere. breakfast was nice and simple yet for European standards very large. room cleaners were friendly. if you have kids, the beach for kids is 10 steps from the hotel.

Positive: It's an amazing hotel with a great location. I wanted something relaxed and easy for a few days, close to the beach and that's exactly what I got. I had an early flight out so asked if I could get my breakfast a bit earlier, which they did.
Negative: It's a bit too pricey side, a 16,- G&T is unnecessary.
Positive: very classy hotel! immaculate, superior service and imaginative food with quality ingredients. loved our air conditioned room with a ocean view! the roof deck with pool and lounge is not to be beat!
