Positive: Perfect. The staff was so helpful, the bed was so comfy and the hotel is walking distance to absolutely everything. It was even better than we expected! Thank you!
Positive: The staff was super polite and kind, and the valet service for the car was also excellent.. Breakfast was excellent, and the bar looks nice
Negative: The room was super cold when we arrived; the bathroom was so cold that I thought I would see a penguin somewhere (arrival time was sent in advance) The room was not spacious, with one window not looking anywhere... we had to walk almost sideways... The night before, we stayed in Verona in four stars hotel, and this one, although being four stars as well, seemed like two stars compared
Positive: Very comfortable hotel with an excellent breakfast and very helpful staff in a terrific central location; especially good value relative to the cost of the room, and I appreciate that I was allowed to stay in the room through 4:30 pm the following day for 1/2 the room charge, which made a huge difference as I had to get some work done. Room also had a very good desk, excellent bathroom with a "rainwater" shower head.

Positive: Excellent location that is an easy walk from the port. Also convenient to the rail station in the city. Room was nice and beds were comfortable. Breakfast was good.
Negative: We had to change plans at the last minute due to a canceled tour and the staff offered no flexibility in refunding an unused portion of the reservation.

Negative: Unfortunately I was given a room 1st floor facing the street. NOISY, noisy till late at night and early morning bin collection and traffic!
Positive: The property was updated and within walking distance from everything in the city. The rooms were modernized and renovated. It was a perfect location to stay right before our cruise. The center of town is right around the corner and this hotel offered a wonderful restaurant. The staff was friendly and helpful. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who is planning on coming to Trieste.
