Positive: The location was key and the concierge was really helpful with the reservations we wanted to visit different vineyards.
Negative: The sink in my room was a little bent so the water tended to fell off.
Positive: The rooms need an upgrade
Negative: The shower and bath.
Positive: It was an excellent central location with a lot of local restaurants and shopping.

Positive: The staff was amazing. Natasha suggested great places to dine. She also arranged a wonderful wine tour and lunch experience with an excellent driver Gustavo who spoke English very well and arranged for a special stop at a champagne winery when we had a bit of extra time before our scheduled tour. Perfecto!
Positive: Second time in this hotel: big room, common areas and location. Breakfast is amazing and the staff is happy to help in everything you need.
Negative: None. The rooms are a bit old but is classy and well maintained.

Positive: Excellent location and facilities! Natasha and Luna, the concierge team are the stars of this hotel coordinating wine tastings and tours! Stellar! Julieta at the breakfast restaurant was amazing as well

Positive: I am going to Mendoza since 18 years and did always stay at the Hyatt. I was not there in 6 years. The room was a dump. No Internet on the TV, dirty, old, stains on the furniture. Staff is exceptional nice and helpful but they are trapped. Woodwork, carpets, curtains, furniture all old and bad. This rooms should be rented for 70. But not 270. It is a shame. They say they are renovating ( new carpet?) but I heard this 6 years ago and did not see any evidence. It is sad that the Hyatt name is used and misrepresents this facility.

Positive: Great value with all the comfort and luxury you might need plus great location
Positive: Super clean , up to date, has all the amenities, amazing breakfast buffet, great bars around hotel, nice pool and great spa area included with your stay ( sauna, vapor room, jacuzzi) right in front of Plaza Independencia, very close to lots of restaurants, bars and shops, but above all, AMAZING staff! Everyone is nice, professional and courteous!
