The Hotel & Restaurant Osset Palace in Forcall is considered Heritage of Cultural Interest according to the General Direction of Artistic Heritage of the Valencian Community.
This historic building was built in the mid-sixteenth century by the family of Miró, following the guidelines of the Aragonese Renaissance palaces, to highlight the economic dominance the family had reached.
In the eighteenth century it was occupied by the Osset family, related by several marriage ties with the Miro family.
The building shows immaculately stonework on his facade, which is ornamented with carved wooden eaves, and 36 arches on its top floor.
The Castellón County Council transforms the building into a luxury hotel. Now has 16 different rooms and a meeting room of 85 square meters that has conserved the extraordinary original woodwork of the doors.
