The cost of the first night will be charged as a deposit upon booking (refundable)
If booking is cancelled with more than 48 hours' notice prior to date of arrival, deposit will be refunded
But if cancellation is made with less than 48 hours' notice or in case of no-show, the deposit will no longer be refunded
For reservations of more than 4 nights, credit card will be pre-authorised for the full amount of the stay
Payment for the total stay must be made upon arrival
You can cancel the reservation without penalty fee until 2 days before check in date
