Positive: Breakfast was good, Location was amazing.
Negative: No Lift, Little expensive, AC was not cooling, No Tea or Coffee. At least a Kettle should be there.

Positive: Breakfast was enjoyable - the staff in F&B is good; Reception was also efficient and customer friendly
Negative: the swimming pool was filled with garbage - its just an eyesore the approach to the hotel is dangerous with no foot path or safe path to walk up from the main road
Positive: Excellent location, tasty breakfast every day with different fruits and vegetables
Negative: The pool size is perfect, water is clean, but it would be better to extend pool working hours during summer and open it for guests at 10 (not at 11) and close it at 8 (now its closed at 7 which is too early). Thank you

Positive: they were stole our belongings from over room, they did not have security camera in our floor and it was the worst experience i ever had in any hotel around the world
Negative: they stool 800$ and id card simcard and wallet from our room and the manager from the hotel did not let us call the police even thou they came to our room and checked our door’s lock was broken
