Positive: The breakfast was very good. The service workers were all very nice, polite and accommodating.
Negative: Our room number 10 was substandard. The bathroom floor was very dirty. We used our own Clorox wipes and needed 3 before the floor was clean. The outside patio was dirty, the furniture looked like it has not been cleaned and wiped down in a long time. Most importantly and 5e most disAPPOINTING was the bathroom toilet area. It smelt so bad like a sewer. Overall it seemed as thought room number 10 had not been cleaned in awhile. The spa was nice. The eating areas were all nice. The staff was great. It’s too bad our room did not live up to standard expectations.

Positive: Beautifully appointed room with a huge bathroom. Felt like we had a suite with outdoor patio and access to pool. The common areas were fantastic, and took you back to the Cape Dutch style. We had spa treatments before we left for the airport that were heavenly. One of the best massages ever.
Positive: Beautiful wine vineyard. The staff was Amazing Steve, Cee-jay, Monique, Hakeem, and Turick. Gave us incredible service. Everyone gave us great service.
