Positive: The entrance is directly on the main Street. My room was facing the courtyard in the back and had a wonderful balcony and view. There are several (2-3?) rooms and a shared kitchen. Didn't use it, but for a longer stay that is great as well. Location is fantastic, very close to both ports. At the quiet end of the main street.
Negative: No coffee cartridges :-| But nonetheless a great stay :-)
