Positive: Clenliness and friendly
Positive: We liked that it was updated and modern, had a great location, and included breakfast.
Negative: Because of the check in and out times, and the policy that people who checked out cannot use the facilities, we were unable to use the pools and hot tub. Also, the outdoor pool was closed. We stayed just one night and were disappointed that these important amenities were not available to us at the high price we paid.
Positive: Room met expectations.
Positive: Breakfast is from 7-10. Arrived at 8AM was told they were out of eggs.

Positive: Expensive but I did book Saturday night on the Cape in high season on that Saturday evening.

Positive: Some reviewers talked about mold, and dirty sheets, we found none of that. This is a basic Inn. Was clean and well equipped with linens, towels, pillows, and toilet paper/tissues. Toiletries were adequate. Room was bright and free of mold. Breakfast area was clean with the usual continental fare and the coffee hot. There was a swimming pool that looked well cared for but we did not use it as we were there for a one night stay. The Inn is right across the road from the transportation center, so convenient if traveling by other than car. The area typical of downtown Hyannis annd easily walkable to some restaurants and shops.

Positive: Front desk personnel was very accommodating. Shout out to Sean Miller...very personable and helped us make arraignments to simplify our stay. Rooms were comfortable and could not beat the be location. 10 min walk to everything. We would stay again next to we are in the area.
Positive: Good location and beds were comfortable.
Negative: Breakfast was bad and bathrooms were dirty and seemed very worn.
Positive: 2 pools available Down the main road of everything including ferry shopping multiple beaches
Negative: Size of the room and the "repairs" done were sloppy and the indoor pool was not heated. For the limited rooms for service animal or pets it was tight in the room not even space for our crate

Negative: I was charged $200.00 but was never refunded this was damages that may occur, I am single 70 years old that was staying due to moving.
