Positive: Very bad cleaning
Positive: I made a last minute reservation and I was well received
Negative: The room wasn`t made at my late arrival, it was too late and I was too tired to complain
Positive: Its was really good place for a vacation Good Room with Smart TV facility and ambience was really nice. Its far from city center but still okay to stay.
Negative: Google was not showing proper connection to the hotel. That is the big mess with Maps.
Positive: We were asked to pay upon arrival and were told that the pin machine didn`t work (we tried twice). Upon that, we paid in cash and they said they could not return the small change(about 10 euro) because the safe was locked. The next day our credit card was charged with the same amout we had already paid. It has been almost a month, and after many phone calls and emails, we still have do not have a refund. We did not receive a sincere apology, which in this case is even more important than the money! Very disappointed that a hotel on Booking.com does not care about customer satisfaction and correcting a `mistake` they made.

Negative: There were neither bad nor hand towels. I requested it from reception and they wanted me to go and take. I did but they forgot to give hand towels. Also there were pillows. I requested at least 1 more since we were 3 people. But they could not arrange even 1 pillow!!! very bad service! very bad reception staff!! Also room was really dirty. not suitable for the families!

Negative: They charge me tax. Even if I didn't broke anything. I don't know why they charge me tax. They said everybody do it. I don't understand it.
Positive: Staff was great and friendly, the room was spotless, every day there was a room cleaning, the bed was exceptionally comfortable.
Positive: Bathroom has no soap, only two small ampule of bodywash. Otherwise it is fine. Good restaurant. Nice staff.

Positive: The hotel is well connected to the city using the public transport and is just a few meters away from the train station and the bus stop.
Negative: There are no restaurants/ supermarkets around the hotel. Moreover, the entry gate for pedestrians to enter the hotel does not work at all and every time we had to use the entry gate for vehicles for which we had to wait until a vehicle enters or leaves the hotel.
Positive: Great Location wise very close to tram station. It was comfortable to leave the car in parking and use public transportation to the city center. Within a couple of minutes. Great friendly personnel. If the price could be slightly less that will be 10/10... But overall great experience.
