The attractive apartment complex Melrose Place Lloret lies in a central although peaceful location in the popular tourist district of Lloret de Mar on the Costa Brava, around 500 m from the beach.
There are 17 apartments fitted for four guests and come with their own bathroom. Facilities include a combined lounge/bedroom with satellite/cable TV (added fee) and a separate bedroom with a double bed. Further facilities within the apartments include an American kitchen with a fridge.
There is a lift available. In the main building the lobby, where you can store your valuables in rental safe deposit box. In the complex there is also a snack bar, a nice garden and a huge terrace and pool. Bar meals available, widescreen, billiards and internet.
In the outdoor complex guests are offered a swimming pool. Sun loungers and parasols are laid out ready for use (additional charges apply). Furthermore, there are opportunities for guests of all ages, billiards, darts as well as football.

- Leave at exit 94 to Tossa de Mar on GI-681 road for approximately 16 km.
From France:
- Take motorway AP7 to Girona / Barcelona (approximately 80 km from the border)
- Leave at exit 9 Santa Coloma de Farners / Lloret de Mar / Sant Feliu of Guíxols and take the C-35 road.
- Leave at exit 94 to Tossa de Mar on GI-681 road for approximately 16 km.
