Situated 500m from the beach and 300m from town centre of l’Estartit, the semi-detached houses Bon Sol were totally renewed in 2006.
The duplex offer 3 double bedrooms, a living room with a double sofa bed, TV, a fully equipped kitchen (washing machine, dishwasher, oven, microwave oven, fridge with freezer, toaster, and coffee machine) 2 bathrooms and a furnished terrace. Air conditioning (optional)
The facilities are: lift, swimming pool, solarium and a free parking lot space.

In our service is included the water, gas and electricity, cleaning (arrival and departure),swimming pool access and bed linen (changed once a week)
Deposit: 150€ (cash only) will be request at the arrival as a damage guarantee; this amount will be totally refund at the end of the stay before the check-out of the apartment.
Keys must be picked up at El Sol Apartments (21, Garrotxa st.) from 17-20h (15 euro extra charge if pick up is out of this schedule).
Pets are not allowed.
