Negative: The first or second night the elevators were down so we had to walk up and down the stairs and i was on the 11th floor. And the fact I had to pay to have people come to my room I've never been to any hotel in any country that did that so it was weird other than that I loved my stay here
Positive: Both staff attentiveness and breakfast were great. Giobany, as always, was extremely helpful. Rooftop remodel was nice. This was our fourth stay, and we were very pleased.
Negative: We really missed the do it yourself laundry option that was eliminated. It was a great incentive. The extra large pillows were not nearly as comfortable as expected.

Negative: There really wasn't anything about the hotel to not like. It is in a more isolated residential area. Not much in the way of restaurants nearby but that also means it's much quieter. Just plan to us taxis or ubers.
