Positive: It was good food and the staff very kind
Negative: There was one of the managers that had a bad attitude but I spoke to the owner and he said he would take care of it.
Positive: Wish it was little more modern in the room
Positive: Excelent......super clean. a lot of diferent kind of restaurants ...and ice cream shops....arepita truck ect near. The first day we got an issue with the ac but they sent some one to solve the problem right away.
Positive: We had issues with the air conditioner
Positive: Liked the location of the hotel. Many restaurants are all around.
Negative: Breakfast was underwhelming and cold. Pretty much the same menu each morning: arepas, small pancakes, scrambled eggs, and some sort of sausages. Again, let me state that every dish was cold--not even warm. They did have someone who would make fresh eggs (omelets, fried eggs) if you asked. This is something we requested most of the time just to have something fresh and hot.
Positive: Close to restaurants
Negative: We had to pay for something in the fridge which we didn’t use. Staff didn’t seem so understanding.
Positive: Most of all the location and the Staff was Awsome
Negative: The bed was hard uncomfortable and everytime when house keeping clean the room we have to remind them to bring up clean towels
Positive: Location is good, save neighborhood and close to restaurants and shopping. Staff was friendly and helpful.
Negative: Even though the room was spacious, the amenities were not good. The bed is so firm that is not comfortable at all. The lighting in the shower was really dark, there was only a rain shower, no option for hand-held shower. Blow dryer is really cheap, there was no ironing board, no additional blankets were provided because they did not have any available when asked. the towels, OMG, they did not dry you at all, no hand towels available either.

Negative: They have to modernize because the things in the rooms are getting too old.

Negative: Internet was slow and unstable. However, they fixed it by adding an access point in my room.

Negative: Needs to have a better entertainment system, no smart tv options like Netflix, Amazon etc, just a boring tv channels option that don’t offers much we are in the 21 first century it needs and a update on this matter, this be my last time staying on this hotel it doesn’t offers what a like in a hotel, other then that services and location is great.

Negative: They set the AC as low as 19 C (66F) and you can’t get lower than that. The rooms were hot during the day, and it was impossible to get the room to a nice temperature during the day. One of the day i was given a towel that was stained with markers and it was of very thin fabric
