Positive: Great location - many restaurants, bars, and grocery stores close by. If you’re doing the Camino it’s about a mile off the route.
Negative: The staff wasn’t very friendly and our room wasn’t updated like the pictures showed. Old and signs of mold in the bathroom. Walls very thin. Noisiest bed I’ve ever slept in. Breakfast was fair.
Positive: The breakfast room was terrible
Positive: The hotel is nicely located wrt restaurants and bars. The room was good size and the bathroom was good. Breakfast in the basement was simple and adequate
Negative: No complaints. I’m walking the Camino del Norte and it is about a km off the way, but that isn’t the hotel’s fault

Positive: Room was larger than expected although bathroom was a little small. Bed was a King size or very large double & very comfortable. Parking for my car was very secure. Exceptional choice of Continental style food at breakfast, as much as you wanted. Marked up as 2 star but have stayed in worse 4 stars. Should be upgraded.
Negative: Bit fiddly finding the carpark (under the hotel)

Positive: Big room close to the Metro station but far from downtown. Cleaning lady very nice. 24 hours desk service. There are two that were very helpful. The other one is so and do. The lady is not friendly at all.
Negative: No Air conditioner. Can’t sleep. Noise outside even when window is closed. Someone smoking right below our window and when opened, we can smell the smoke in the room. We spend 33 euro each three times for taxi to get early to intromodal to catch early bus as the metro is not running until 5:57am. It takes 30 minutes by train to be in town and extra costs everyday two ways. No restaurants around to eat good meals.
Positive: breakfast was good
Positive: The person managing the reception desk was exceptional. His English was very good, and he was so helpful in providing me information that I needed. He was warm and welcoming. It was the best customer service that I had received during my seven days on the Camino thus far. In addition, the breakfast was a nice feature.
Negative: No air conditioning and no available fan. Luckily, the temperature had dropped from the previous week. In addition, there was no cleaning gel in the dispenser inside the shower. The dispenser next to the sink had cleaning gel. It made no sense to try to reach across from the shower to the sink to obtain gel to clean oneself. This is a mistake that should be corrected immediately.
Positive: Staff, tidy and cosy room, old stile. Satisfied!
Negative: Only air conditioner is really mandatory.
Positive: The staff were welcoming and friendly. Breakfast was included and perfectly delightful. It's an older hotel so it's not the shiniest but it was a safe, cozy place to start my Basque adventure.
Negative: The location isn't the best but I was unfamiliar with the area before arriving. A few Google searches turned up a more lively area within a 10-15 minute walk near the hotel. But the staff are excellent! And it's a great room for the price.
Positive: It’s a nice, basic hotel.
Negative: It’s a bit outdated.
Positive: Rooms are big and clean, breakfast ok.
Negative: Too many sounds coming from the street (people and car) or if some other room is in toilet, feels like water is braking the walls. Durring the day there was also a lot of sounds from the upper floor. Strange parking not included in price.
Positive: Comfortable beds and great breakfast.
Negative: Limited toiletries
