Lovely Hotel very upbeat, fun, clean, great facilities but they let you know you are nothing to them when you are leaving. They must think they run their own country. Without presenting your passport you cannot leave the hotel.
Nowhere else in the world have I heard of such demeaning, humiliating and insulting requirements. You can't prove who you are with a drivers license or any other identification except a passport. Therefore they discriminate against their foreign guests, because the residents do not require passports to check out.

Positive: Some staff made it a great stay until time to leave.

Negative: The supervisor at reception could care less about personal health conditions, could care less about non residents and could care less about destroying your vacation. Demanding a passport to identify yourself when your room bill has already been fully paid and disregarding other forms of ID when my luggage was packed and loaded. Even advising that I had spinal stenosis and back spasms creating undue burden. Never had such a demeaning, insulting, hurtful and evil check-out experience in my life. Do they think someone who already paid his bill and they know it's paid would lie about who they are? Does this hotel claim to control its own border? Was the refusal to let me leave involuntary incarceration? Is anyone thinking over there or is it just the particular caliber of the guests they he that necessitates draconian policies? They killed an 8 day lovely trip to say the least.

Umas férias em família para recordar.
Uma semana fantástica, repleta de sol, praia e boas memórias.

Positive: Localização, comodidades do hotel, praia, piscinas, quarto?. Um hotel que tem tudo para passar uma excelentes férias.

Negative: A comida no geral foi boa, mas podiam melhorar muito este aspecto. O serviço gratificado é demasiado evidente. Se dás gorjetas o servo melhora a 100%, se não dás, o serviço é diminui muito?.
