The hotel is situated on the outskirts of the urban side of the town of Biograd, only 20 m from the town's main marina. With its unique design, it overwhelmingly suggests a luxury cruiser, which perfectly complements its surroundings. The bus station is around 10 minutes' walk and Biograd Station is about 3 km away.
