Positive: The food was very tasty - breakfasts and dinners, always varied and fresh. The hotel has two excellent swimming pools - one with cool water, the second is warmer, which turned out to be very convenient, especially on cloudy days. There is also a tennis court and golf on the territory - you will definitely not get bored. The staff is very friendly, I would especially like to note the cleaning staff and the kitchen - everything is clean and delicious!
Negative: The location is good, although a little far from the sea, but this did not cause any particular discomfort.
Positive: Nice breakfast. Friendly staff. Tight curtains. Comfortable mattress, but bad pillows. Safe walk to old town even at night. Many swimming pools.
Negative: Very small parking, and they didn’t have space. Difficult find parking space around. 15-20 min walk to central town, not beautiful walk road, not for everyone. Hotel needs renovation, very simple rooms. You can hear all neighbours. Music up late, if you room far, then it’s okay. No shops around. Few restaurants around, but I walked into old town.
Positive: Pool and garden area, beautiful view from our 3rd floor bedroom. Staff were helpful and friendly, especially Jesus at reception. Breakfast good but very busy at peak times. Entertainment in the evening was good fun.
Negative: Smoking allowed on balconies. The smell of smoke drifts into neighbouring balconies and rooms. They should have a non-smoking floor. A bit of a trek down to the sea-front but €5 taxi fare was fine.
Positive: The room is comfy, the cleanliness is impeccable. The pool and breakfast are just as good as the rest. Vera good destination, The position of the hotel is nice, despite being just on top of a hill toward the sea.
Negative: The Staff was very unpleasant, barely said welcome, no attention regarding the birthday of one of the client (60 years old).
Positive: The resort has a lot and is well located. The seaview rooms really do have big ocean views. The breakfast is open three hours and is a real buffet.
Negative: Hot water in shower goes from hot to very hot to cold. Need to stay alert. Some items in the breakfast buffet are poor quality (e g., sausages). Have to pay per day to use the room safe☹️ and need to give a 10 euro deposit for pool towel. Hot tub is only a warm tub.
Positive: The personnel was nice with a good language command in English and German. We had a balcony with a view of the ocean from it. The internet connection was stable and fast. We experienced much flexibility: i.e. we had not booked dinner but got it easily in the spot, for a fee. The food was just exceptional, both breakfast and dinner. And excellent beds, backpain-free!
Negative: This might be a strange thing to write, but the flush of the toilet was ridiculously loud, at the level of loudness of flushing in an airplane. No way to use the bathroom at night without waking your partner. Our room also had a shower head that could not be attached to the wall, and washing long hair with one hand drove me nuts sometimes.

Positive: Very comfortable hotel with a lovely pool area. Everything was very clean and the staff were helpful and pleasant. Bit of a walk down into town - and a bit of a hike back up! Food choices were plentiful, and although the dining room was busy, the staff ensured the tables were reset promptly. Good value for money.
Negative: Could have done with more information on the facilities when we arrived ie use of pool towels

Negative: The hotel false advertising that it has free parking, like there would be free parking for all guests. In reality there are only 20 parking spots for hundreds of guest. So actually there is never parking available. The hotels reps didn’t care to hear about this lie and continue to promote it booking.com as a free parking hotel, this is a disgrace booking.com should do something about this hotel lie
Positive: Dinner is fine and pool area is nice.
Negative: The parking gatage is very small for such huge hotel and you will not have a spot.

Positive: We enjoyed our stay to max. The pools are great. The bars are good. The evening entertainment was real fun.
Positive: Good installations and food was good mainly the lunch menu. Breakfast was good, but I think more options could be included. Rooms were fine, beds confortable. Location was a little far from the town and you do need a car to move around. Parking was hard to find at night.
Negative: Internet was a disaster. Internet in the common areas and rooms was just very very bad - had to use my roaming to open a simple webpage. Can’t understand how a hotel of that sort won’t invest in a proper WiFi connection. I complained to reception and they said to include my comment on a feedback sheet - in summary, they couldn’t care less. They say that a gym is available but you have to pay EUR 7 a day to use it.
