As of the 1st December 2007, development of residential accommodation will start in the rear car park and gardens, which are no longer controlled by the hotel. The owners & main contractor have notified us that building works might operate between 7am and 4pm Mon-Friday and will run for the remaining 12 months the hotel is in operation, until the hotel ceases trading in January 2009. The hotel bedrooms to the rear of the hotel will have obstructed views and the private gardens to the rear of the hotel will no longer be able to be used by hotel guests. Car parking will be limited to the front car park only.(KB 05/08)
