Negative: Room on check-in was filthy. Had to get the cleaners to completely refresh the apartment. We overheard another couple making the same complaint of their room.
Positive: the staff were amazing and friendly. the view was sensational and location as well. The pool is where we stayed most of our trip and it was so nice.

Negative: not value for money, very over priced for what was delivered - $900 per night is a lot of money for dated accommodation in a seaside property in Australia. in comparison to accommodation elsewhere, the room being serviced once in 10 days and a very ordinary pool/facilities is not good enough. a good reason for us not to holiday at Mooloolaba again, despite it being one of our favorite destinations in the past. The reason we stayed this time was because we had stayed there previously and considered it good value at the time .
Positive: A great location, with supermarket and patrolled beach both close by. Very comfortable beds, plenty of space, good balcony. Staff at the desk were uniformly pleasant and helpful. Pool was a good size and there was also a warm outdoor spa
Negative: It was a bit grubby and the kitchen crockery was a bit random. You should note that there was no spare toilet paper at all. Also the shower in the main bedroom (in apartment 405) was not suitable for anyone elderly or with mobility limits. You needed to step into the bath which was over knee high with a very wide rim, and no grab rails.
