Argyll Hotel Description

This attractive hotel was built in 1759 by the famous Scottish architect John Adam and was fully renovated in 2003 under orders of the Third Duke of Argyll. The premises comprises a total of 36 rooms set over 2 floors. Guests are welcomed in an inviting foyer with a reception desk. There is also a TV room, conference facilities and Internet access. The evening meal is served in the conservatory restaurant - where the chefs conjure up a fantastic range of dishes for guests to enjoy. A wide-ranging menu and a large selection of wines tempt guests to enjoy their evening meal here. For light refreshment between meals there is the Argyll Bar and the Lounge Bar - the ideal place to relax in a Chesterfield armchair by the open fire and enjoy your favourite drink. In the restaurant highchairs for younger guests are available. Those arriving by car may make use of the hotel's own car park or garage. Room and laundry services complete the range of services offered.
