As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.
How to arrive
This hotel is located in Playa del Carmen, just minutes from the beach and the Cancun-Chetumal 307 highway. It is located in the heart of the city on the famous 5th Avenue, between Calle 8 and 10 within Playa del Carmen's main resort. There are links to the public transport network and nightclubs within a short walk of the hotel. Tulum is some 65 km away and Xcaret is about a 15-minute drive away.
