These modern rental homes are fully equipped for clients' holiday needs. They feature a spacious indoor and outdoor living area and are generally furnished in bright tropical shades to fit in with the relaxing pace of Florida's Gulf Coast.

All homes are privately owned and furnished to the highest standards. They all feature a fully equipped kitchen with an oven and microwave and a lounge with a satellite/cable TV. The master bedroom features a king or queen-size bed and has its own en suite bathroom with a shower and bathtub. Other bedrooms have either a queen-size or twin beds and share a bathroom. There is also a private swimming pool, washer and dryer. Other in-room amenities include a radio, washing machine and an iron and ironing board. Furthermore, all of the bed linen, bath linen and beach towels guests require are provided. Centrally regulated air conditioning and heating units are a standard feature of all accommodation. Executive homes feature larger floor plans, with additional living area, upgraded kitchen appliances and counters, flat screen TV in the main living area, wireless internet (Free of charge) and have lake or golf course views.
The home has a private pool with a minimum of 2 sun loungers and a table with 4 chairs on the pool deck. Pool heating is available at an additional fee, seasonal.

Fort Myers with its Gulf beaches is a lively place with plenty of bars and restaurants and only approximately a 10 to 15-minute drive from Cape Coral. The homes are within easy reach of the Gulf Coast beaches and the restaurants and shops of Fort Myers and Fort Myers Beach. Walt Disney World, Orlando, is some 170 kilometres away and Miami International Airport is approximately 251 kilometres from the establishment.
