Cleaning

The hotel is two minutes from the motorway, has a good car park and is clean. Staff was welcoming and helpful.

Negative: I never booked this hotel. The website led me to believe that I had booked the Novotel (which has a restaurant and a proper bar) with even a photo of the actual building. When I tried to check in there they had no reservation in my name and suggested I check with the Qualys next door?
