Madrid Palafox Central Suites, a newly restored building located just 12 minutes walk through Chueca to Puerta del Sol. Around Palafox Central Suites the streets are full of bars and restaurants as well as great cafes and the trendy pedestrian shopping street of Fuencarral starts just 100 m away. From here all the major attractions of Madrid are within a comfortable walk through central Madrid and the lovely old town architecture.
Within 15 minutes walk you can explore Retiro Park, the Royal Palace, The National Library, The Prado Museum, The Reina Sofia Museum, Plaza Mayor, Gran Via, The Caixa Forum and many other sites of Madrid.
The Bilbao Metro station entrance is just 1 minute walk from the building door which connects you throughout the city and within 35 minutes to the airport as well as the Atocha Train station.

How to arrive
Address: Calle Palafox 7. When you arrive we'll be waiting to meet you in the lobby of the building. Text us (+34 646377731) if we are not. We will be upstairs in your apartment. The apartment is a short walk (100m) from the Bilbao Metro, left off Calle Luchana, coming from La Glorieta de Bilbao.

Please respond to this email to request a transfer directly from the arrival lounge in Madrid Barajas to your apartment. The price is 65eur for 1-4people, 75eur for 5-6people and 79eur for 7people. A deposit payment and your exact flight details will be required to confirm the transfer.
From MAD (airport) by taxi:
Taxis from the airport to Madrid city centre take around 25-40 mins depending on traffic, and cost 25-30 EUR, including an extra fee for each large item of luggage. Tell the driver the address: Calle Palafox 7, near La Glorieta de Bilbao, and he can drop you at the door.
From MAD (airport) with Metro:
From the Madrid airport (Barajes) you can take the metro lines, first line 8 from your terminal to Mar de Cristal then swap to line 4 and take that to the Bilbao Metro. Exit Bilbao Metro and walk straight up Calle Luchana then Calle Palafox is on your left just 1 or 2 streets up, depending on where you exit the metro. We are number 7. The whole building.
From the Madrid central train station:
From the main Atocha train station you can take the metro (Line 1 from Atocha Renfe) and go straight up to the Bilbao Metro station. Exit Bilbao Metro and walk straight up Calle Luchana then Calle Palafox is on your left just 1 or 2 streets up, depending on where you exit the metro. We are number 7. The whole building.
