The residential complex consists of 21 luxury townhouses. For convenience the townhouses have a spacious private garage for up to 3 cars and a small boat.
The houses have two floors and three bedrooms, a fully fitted kitchen with a fridge, cooker and microwave, an en suite bathroom in the main bedroom, a full bathroom with shower and bathtub on the upper floor and a bathroom with a shower on the first floor.
They also have a spacious living room with a fireplace, ironing set, washing machine and satellite TV. Each townhouse has a terrace and individually regulated air conditioning and heating.
There is an outdoor swimming pool for adults with a children's area, surrounded by a garden. Sun loungers are available (for a fee) on the nearby sandy beach.
