Positive: The location was perfect. The bus from the airport stopped at the corner one block away from Hotel. The train station was 3 blocks away and the center of Toulouse was 4 blocks away.
Negative: The bath tub was hard to get into.
Positive: The breakfast was ok, location is good, close to the bus station and a walking distance to the old town.
Negative: Room was extremely simple, without a wardrobe for clothes, just some hangs and shelfs. Bed was comfortable, desk and chair ok. Bathroom was small and old tiles of low quality, open shower without a door with water sprinkling out to the bathroom.
Positive: Great location. Quiet street for sleeping. Felt safe coming and going from property. Alexander at desk exceptionally kind and helpful.
Positive: Great value, close to the train station. The bed was very comfortable.
Negative: Early check in would be nice. WiFi reception was available only in the bathroom. A stronger signal would be nice.

Positive: Close to everything. Train and city Plaza. Fabulous staff went out of their way to accommodate us and our requests. Brilliant happy people.

Positive: It was great that we could park our car in the undercover car park and the staff were lovely and helpful.
Negative: It would have been nice if there was a mini fridge in our room (which I would have considered would have been standard but obviously not). The location was a little out of the way for us but aside from that it was a nice place to stay.
Positive: Quiet room, well decorated. Best location walkable distance for the major landmarks of Toulouse. Services very friendly.
