Location The hotel is located in the exclusive area of Alto Prado, close to the city¿s major shopping centres and hospitals, as well as art galleries, restaurants, bars, cafés and boutiques. The hotel is located near to Washington, near the ¿pink zone¿ of the city, and only half an hour from the airport.
The hotel offers modern rooms equipped with the amenities and modern comforts guests require to enjoy their stay to the fullest. They have 100% protective sun-screened and soundproofed windows, individually regulated air conditioning and heating, doors imported from Germany with noise isolation and fire retardant materials, laminate flooring imported from Germany, and a digital satellite TV with over 240 channels. An en suite bathroom with shower and hairdryer, a double bed, direct dial telephone, radio, hifi, safe, minibar and Internet access also feature in all rooms as standard.
There is an outdoor swimming pool with children's swimming area, a poolside snack bar (fees apply) and a sun terrace, and guests may also work out in the gym, or relax in the sauna or hot tub. Massages and spa treatments are also offered for additional fees. Parasols are provided on the beach.

The rate does not include the 19% VAT tax on accommodation, hotel insurance or other additional charges that the Hotel may charge; They must be paid directly at the Hotel. Foreigners not resident in the country who acquire a tourist package, checking their immigration status with the current PIP5 Entry and Permanence Permit seal, with the current PTP-5 Temporary Permit Permit seal, or the current TP-11 visa; they will be exempt from the 19% VAT tax.
