The rate does not include the 19% VAT tax on accommodation, hotel insurance or other additional charges that the Hotel may charge; They must be paid directly at the Hotel. Foreigners not resident in the country who acquire a tourist package, checking their immigration status with the current PIP5 Entry and Permanence Permit seal, with the current PTP-5 Temporary Permit Permit seal, or the current TP-11 visa; they will be exempt from the 19% VAT tax.
How to arrive
The hotel is located near to numerous points of interest, such as the Puerta del Reloj clock gate, the Castillo de San Felipe de Barajas fortress and the San Pedro Claver church and convent. In the surrounding area guests will also find the Plaza de los Coches (Square of the Carriages) and the Plaza de la Aduana (Customs Square). The beach and coast at Boca Grande can be accessed in around a 7-minute drive and the city centre is just some 300 m from this establishment.
