Positive: Beautiful building, clean. Staff were lovely.
Negative: Only negative thing was AC - it smelled really bad.

Negative: The room allocated to us was odd shaped and the third bed was placed right in front of the bathroom with very little space to walk. The staff did move us to another room with a better layout. There were no stands for the luggage, & no kettles in the rooms For A family member in another room - the AC stopped working

Positive: The room was very confortable, although a bit small. Very nice the patio inside the building. Breakfast was good, but every day they serve the same items, so you might get a bit bored if you stay for more than 2 nights. Wonderful location, near the river side and perfect to walk by and get lost in the old city centre.
Negative: If the hotel parking is full, it is very difficult to park your car.

Positive: Streets closed to get to hotel. We were not advised. I wrote to hotel, no reply. I called, nobody answered. We came from an Eurostar in Granada which was way better. Room was very small. Front desk was understaffed. Breakfast was very good but very noisy. Staff made a lot of noise picking up the plates! Parking facilities are were limited and spaces very tight. You need to arrive early. This facility gets a C+.

Positive: To our surprise, the room was quite small for a family of 3. We expected a family room with some extra space for the extra price we paid. There was no AC available during this time of the year, even though the temperature inside the room reached 27 degree Celsius at all times. We had to leave the doors wide open whenever we’re in the room and during sleep, which resulted that my daughter’s eye was swollen from a bug bite while she was sleeping. There was an unpleasant smell throughout the hallway and inside the elevator.
Positive: The location was perfec for a visit on the old city and all the interesting places of town. The staff was very helpful and breakfast was good.

Positive: Clean, friendly staff, good breakfast. Big comfortable bed and lovely walk in shower.
Negative: A 30 minute walk from the main tourist area. The en suite had a frosted glass door that did not fit properly and kept swinging open. There was noise from the bathrooms of upstairs rooms. I received scam WhatsApp and text messages in the days leading up to our stay which were quite concerning.
