The hotel was created in Berber style using local materials and consists of 12 beautifully appointed bungalows, 4 junior suites and 4 suites, set in 4 acres of landscaped grounds with olive, papaya and citrus trees, ideal for anyone seeking peace and quiet. Guests are welcomed to the air-conditioned guesthouse in a lobby with 24-hour reception and check-out service, hotel safe and currency exchange facilities. The hotel's facilities include a hairdressing salon, café, bar and restaurant, while Internet access and parking are available free of charge. Starting from the airport of Agadir Almassira, take the road towards Taroudant. After a 60-km drive, before entering the city, ask for the Douar Boutarialt Elberrania and the hotel will be found which has a big wooden gate and a yellow and green sign.
All the bungalows are named after exotic fruits and are dispersed throughout the gardens. They are equipped with Berber furniture, telephone, satellite/cable TV, safe, individually regulated air conditioning and heating, Internet access and double or king-size bed. The en suite bathrooms come with shower or bathtub and hairdryer. A terrace also features as standard.

The hotel is located only 2 km from the centre of Taroudant, one of the most beautiful cities in Morocco. Agadir Beach is located some 80 km away. Al Massira Airport is approximately 55 km from the hotel.
