By car: traveling from the North, take the A1 motorway (southbound) and exit at ‘Firenze Certosa'. Immediately after the toll booths, take the Superstrada motorway ‘Firenze-Siena'. Exit at ‘Siena sud' and from there follow the signs for the ‘Cassia SR2/SS2' road towards ‘Buonconvento-Montalcino-Roma'. After approximately 55 km, shortly after San Quirico, pass across the bridge traversing the river Orcia and, after about 500 m, follow the signs to ‘Castiglione d'Orcia'. After another roughly 300 m, at the bend, there will be a track and a sign indicating ‘Via Francigena-Osteria dell'Orcia'. Follow this and after about 200 m guests will reach the hotel.
