Negative: All was great.
Positive: The hotel is located in Kazimierz, Krakow's old Jewish Quarter. Loved the charm of the exterior and surrounding area. It’s an experience staying in a historic location! Loved the size of the accommodation which consisted of three separate rooms, living room, bedroom and bathroom. There are many restaurants, cafes, convenience stores and shops within walking distance. Transportation easily accessible. The breakfast area was very nice, loved the atmosphere. Most of the reception personnel was nice, there was one person who was dry. Not everyone can have a friendly disposition I guess.
Negative: The interior is dark and looks dingy. The room was very spacious but definitely needs brightening and updating. Bedroom had a 5 light chandelier and 3 out of the 5 bulbs were out. There was one television which was located in the living room. The bathroom had cracked tiles and the shower floor and tile had some mildew.
Positive: Location is perfect, breakfast is super, great hotel.
Positive: My room was spacious and had a lovely small balcony with a peaceful view. The breakfast choices were excellent and tasty.
Negative: The common area- reception and business room- were dark and not very appealing.
Positive: We were lucky and received one of the biggest suites for our stay, even though we read about the pretty small rooms beforehand. With the big suit we had a lot of room and even a balcony towards the backyard. It was really hot in Krakow at the time of our stay, so we really appreciated the AC. The breakfast buffet was good, typically international but also Polish. The location was perfect, inside the old Jewish quarter and not far from the Old City and castle. Everything was in walking distance.
Negative: The rooms aren't modern at all, that's the hotels style. I don't mind that, because it had its own character and charm. What I did not like, but was fine overall, was the key instead of a key card for entering and accessing the hotel and room.
Positive: Excellent food
Positive: Comfortable bed

Negative: Everything was good

Positive: Wonderful old building. Very clean. Close to food courts. Our tour to Aushwitz got rescheduled and the hotel staff went above and beyond to assist us so we didn't miss it. I just can't say enough about the staff. The shower in our room was amazing and the bed so comfortable. Polish breakfast was interesting but delicious. Would definitely stay again.
Positive: Nice spacious room, comfortable beds and decent shower. Everything you would need.
Negative: WiFi wasn't reliable but not too bad
