How to arrive
The apartments lie directly beside the sea in the centre of Costa Teguise and it have a direct access to a sea front walkway and the beach. Good restaurants, a few cocktail bars, and shops can all be found in the surrounding area.
Positive: Keys at reception great.Staff very friendly and helpful. Reception, restaurant pool area all great.
Negative: Apartment out dated ,more furniture in a monks cell. Very bad value for money.Better value for less money elsewhere.
Positive: The location was great. There were many restaurants and shops very nearby and the staff was exceptionally kind and helpful; a special thanks to Maria who was muy muy simpática. The apartment was very clean, well equipped and the balcony with the sea view was greatly appreciated. It was very calm at all hours of the day, which we loved. It was definitely a wonderful place to spend a holiday.

Positive: The lady at the reception, I think the name was Maria, is amazingly welcoming and friendly. Her smile envelops you in warmth and she is helpful too. She was the best thing about the property. That's it...
Negative: Mediocre experience for quite high price. Picked this as a last resort for the price which would host me and my girlfriend for 3 nights if we booked elsewhere in advance. What did we get? Huge empty room where you hear echoes with next to nothing to fill it. No bathtub although it was stated in the facilities, that was the only thing we were looking forward to!!! And the toilets flushing? So loud we could hear everyone flushing and would get easily woken up every time someone flushed. Bit of mold now and then is something we would not expect in this kind of hotel. One thing that accounts for a dreamless night everywhere I go, is the presence of cockroaches, where they give you a pesticide spray to kill it. If you have trouble with cockroaches, don't let the guests kill them with provided tools and solve the problem systematically yourself.
Positive: Nothing went well, on arrival the stench from sewers was sickening and in the hallway way a huge air conditioner trying to disguise the smell, inside the apartment paint was peeling off the walls from dampness. The shower was disgusting with cracked tiles and filled with silicone jointing. The sun beds were filthy, sparsely equipped utensils. Furniture very uncomfortable MDF box with cushions on.
Negative: Place needs closing down and refurbishing, bar was totally non existent although promo photos show a cosey place. If this place was in the UK health and safety would condemn it .
Positive: The staff were lovely and very accommodating. On the day of checkout, we were able to leave our luggage at reception and still use the facilities until our flight. The receptionist booked us a taxi in advance to the airport which was brilliant. The location was perfect as we were surrounded by different beaches and lovely restaurants and bars, all within walking distance.

Positive: What a great place for a holiday. The reception is bright with natural light and clean. The apartment itself was also light, clean and spacious. Every interaction with a member of staff was helpful, kind and happy. Reception staff helped with any questions and booking a airport transfer. The pool is a lovely quite space to relax with many tanning loungers which were nicely spread apart. The location itself is only a few steps away from the beach, shops, restaurants and 2 dive centres if that’s what you’re interested in. Our favourite bit was our balcony which had a good amount of space and overlooked the beach which offered beautiful sunsets and sunrises each day.
Negative: The only small downfall is that there wasn’t an aircon in the bedroom itself, only one in the lounge. However, we just slept with the balcony door open which was lovely to sleep to the sound of the ocean to.

Positive: we loved absolutely everything about staying at neptuno suites! Spotlessly clean, the maid service couldn’t be faulted, the apartment was all decorated lovely, air con worked perfectly and kept us cool, the reception staff were friendly and so accommodating, the room overlooked the pool and had a lush balcony area with sun beds, we went for the queen bed sea view apartment and would choose that again next time we come, the pool and pool area was lovely and u saw them cleaning it all every morning without fail, location was spot on close to everything, the beach, the restaurants down on the front were less than 5 mins away and a handy hiperdino just next door, I honestly can’t say one negative thing about Neptuno Suites and I can’t wait to go back again for a lovely break away with my partner :)
