For cancellations made by 2 days before the check-in day, a cancellation fee of 1 night is charged. For late cancellations made after this time 100% of the first night is charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged. Between 06-04-2012 and 26-08-2012 cancellations, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the first night will be charged. For no-show, 100% of the first night will be charged.
