Cancellations/ alterations can be made 1 day prior arrival day until 6:00pm. Otherwise the hotel remains the right to charge 90% for No Show and 75% for early departure of the reserved room rate as a cancellation fee. cancellation policies during fairs/events: 15.03.- 18.03.12/ 02.06.-10.06.12/ 15.09.-23.09.12 - 10 days prior to arrival. For cancellations made later than the specified time frames the total amount of booking will be charged to the credit card.
