For cancellations made by 15 days before the check-in day, a cancellation fee of 30% of the entire stay is charged. For late cancellations made after this time 100% of the entire stay is charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged. Between 15-07-2012 and 24-08-2012 cancellations, a cancellation fee equal to 100% of the entire stay will be charged. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
