Ca' Santo Spirito is situated in Venice in the sestiere's called Dorsoduro It is behind the gorgeous Basilica della Madonna della Salute and near the waterbus-vaporetto stop called La Salute, opposite San Marco Square. You can reach the Peggy Guggenheim Collection, the permanent exhibition of works from Francois Pinault's Collection in Punta della Dogana and Ponte dell' Accademia on foot in just 3 minutes.
