Tax Information
As of April 1, 2021, VISITAX enters into force to facilitate the payment of the use of foreign tourism. It can be done from the web portal http://visitax.gob.mx/. Foreign tourists may cover it before their arrival or during their stay. As of January 1, 2017, tourists must pay an ISH rate per room and per night of occupancy under the concept of Environmental Sanitation Rights carried out by the municipality. This fee must be paid at the hotel.
How to arrive
The hotel is located in the heart of Playa del Carmen between the famous Fifth Avenue and the beaches, just a few metres from the wharf where the ferry departs for the island of Cozumel. The bus terminal is some 150 m away, while the amusement area, restaurants, craft shops and shopping centres where guests can spend the whole day are also only a short walk away. The beaches cover an extensive distance, offering a stunning setting and pristine white sands.
