Negative: The facilities, especially the bathroom settings, were not well maintained (flash, basin) and there were not enough toiletries (insufficient shampoo, no body wash or other stuff). Overall, a nice choice for its perfect boutique style and location, but we finally ended up buying some things ourselves

Positive: I couldn't climb the stairs and no elevator which you did not mention in your booking. They wouldnt return any of my money, because they said it wasnt their fault I was too stupid to ask about an elevator. I am sure they rented it out very quickly. They made double on that room. I think when they saw that I had a bad leg they could have given me 50% back. They still would have made a lot of money on the room. They didn't do anything to help me find a room close by that might have had an elevator.
Negative: Their attitude Most of the Polish people where very kind and helpful not them.
Positive: This was in the most amazing location, Right in the center of Old Town on one of the main streets.Exactly where you want to be when traveling. It was one of the largest rooms I have stayed in with gorgeous antique furniture and hardwood floors. The shower was strong water and it was a pleasure to be here. I wish all properties were as fabulous. They even provided sparkling mineral water, a kettle with tea, coffee and hot chocolate. The doors opened with a code, which happened to be part of my mobile number, so I never forgot it. It was quiet and a grest reprieve from the crowds and action outside on the main street and main square. HIGHLY RECOMMEND!!!
Negative: The stairs up to the first floor because my bag was heavy, but that's not really an issue.

Positive: Great location for Old Town and Wawel. Room on the courtyard was pretty dark during the day, but a) if it had been on the street I'd probably be complaining that it was loud and b) good curtains meant it was nice and dark at night, helping you sleep. Complimentary sparkling wine for NYE was a nice touch.
Negative: Only one accessible power outlet (plus one behind the bed)? In 2024? Seriously?
Positive: The location was perfect. So close to Rynek Glowny. Very cute room too.
Negative: The maids did not come by at all.
Positive: Spacious room right in the heart of the old city! Perfect location to get anywhere.
Negative: The front desk closed pretty early and when we did talk to one person working, they didn't seem too eager to help. Also there was a window in our room that would not close properly leaving a cold draft in the room.
Positive: The location is great. Very special thanks to the staff who let us store our luggage at the office for the couple of hours after check out
Positive: The apartments position is really great! Grodzka street is one of the main old town streets, full of life, shops, bars and restaurants. The room was clean, spacious, with air conditioning.
Negative: I appreciated the boiler with Tea and coffe... and also the free bottles of water. On the other hand only shampoo was available and very small disks of soup with which it is impractical to take a shower ...
