Driving directions to check-in location from Denver International Airport: Take Pena Boulevard to I-70 W. Proceed for approximately 2 hours and 15 minutes. Take Exit 167 (Avon). Enter the roundabout and continue left (travelling south, pass under I-70). Continue straight through four more roundabouts until the entrance to Beaver Creek. Proceed to the welcome gate and turn right into the reception centre.
Each of the individually decorated apartments includes a full kitchen, fridge, microwave and tea and coffee making facilities, gas fireplace, washer/dryer, ironing set, cable TV with VCR, and patio or balcony with mountain views. A shower, bath, hairdryer, double or king-size beds, direct dial telephone, radio and Internet access are also provided. Each apartment has individually regulated air conditioning and heating.

The complex is set just outside the Beaver Creek Resort in Avon, 3 km from skiing at Beaver Creek and 14 km from skiing at Vail. Restaurants, bars and shopping are available some 400 m away in Beaver Creek. The Betty Ford Alpine Gardens are around 13 km away, the Gerald Ford Amphitheatre is around 13 km away, and Copper Mountain ski resort is some 35 km away.
