Updating availability and prices
The cancellation is free of charge until 4 p.m. (local hotel time) 1 day prior to the arrival. During trade fairs in Karlsruhe until 7 days prior to arrival. All cancellations must be made in writing. After a cancellation in time a cancellation number will be named. For overnights that are neither made use of nor cancelled, invoices with 80% of all reserved rates are issued. The double rooms are maisonette rooms with a double bed on the upper level and a bathroom with shower, kitchenette with fridge and microwave and the living room on the lower level. Each room additionally features a direct dial telephone, satellite TV, a radio, Internet access, safe, tea and coffee making facilities and individually regulated heating.

How to arrive
The aparthotel is located in the centre of Karlsruhe, only 300 m from the pedestrian zone. Guests will find restaurants on the hotel's doorstep and a tram stop and bus station just 500 m away. The city centre shops are around 1 km from the business hotel and the main train station and park/zoo are a 20-minute ride away using public transport. The castle is a 20-minute walk from the city hotel, and nearby airports include Karlsruhe/Baden-Baden (50 km away), Stuttgart Echterdingen (75 km away) and Frankfurt International (100 km away).
By car on the A5, exit for KA-Mitte (Karlsruhe city centre) and follow the white ZKM signs up to Brauerstrasse. From there go straight ahead through Brauerstrasse and turn into Reinhold-Frank-Strasse. Turn left into Sophienstrasse and the hotel is on the left-hand side. By tram: starting from the main station in Karlsruhe, take trams S1 or S11 in the direction of Hochstetten. Leave the tram at Muehlburger Tor and cross the street (Kaiserallee), away from the church, and go right up to Lessingstrasse. Walk along to the next corner (Sophienstrasse) and the hotel is on the left-hand side.
