At this destination there is a local tourist tax and municipal tax not included in the price per person and night that you have to pay directly at the hotel.
Positive: The rooms are large , very large bathroom and excellent beds. The personal are very helpful and efficient. The location is in a calm area , we used the train and metro that are close to the hotel. The breakfast is fantastic.

Positive: Wonderful breakfast food and service. Staff very helpful with dinner recommendation and getting us a taxi to train station.
Negative: Main local transportation is the trolley. Not the best with luggage.

Positive: Very clean hotel and professional staff. Feels like a 5-star hotel. Location is very good with many restaurants and cafes nearby, city center is 30 mins by tram.
Negative: While everything was excellent, I had two minor issues: - The gym is disappointing given that it was one of the criteria I chose this hotel for. - The housekeeping staff are very noisy when they clean the other room, and they clean from 9 am to 4 pm.
Positive: Clean, nice design and professional service.
Negative: The hot water was not fast, the TV reception was not good

Negative: Our room was called "apartment", it was a separate thing behind the hotel (literally going behind the bar to get there), and it was basically a basement. No window (technically it exists, but with window blinds closed and impossible to open). When you consider the price was over 200e/night, it was very surprising to see this hostel kind of solution.

Positive: The hotel was very nicely decorated and the staff were very friendly and eager to assist with all our queries. The breakfast buffet was excellent and the room was very spacious and always clean.

Positive: Beautiful hotel in a great area - walkable to grocery stores, cafes, and very close to MiCo convention center. The room was mostly as expected. Very comfortable bed. I appreciated being able to store my luggage after check out. The free daily water and coffee machine were great!
Negative: I wish the minibar was an actual fridge that stayed on at all times so I could store a little food. It seemed silly to have a fridge that wasn't usable! Also, the shower was disgusting. It was covered in mildew and I felt gross using it. That is my biggest gripe. Staff were also unimpressive. I had trouble finding the check-in - an employee saw me looking around confused with my luggage and didn't say a word. when I went to pick up my luggage, despite four staff behind the desk, we were helped one by one by only one staffer.
