Square, offers you some confortable studios at a very
convenient price.
The major part of our clientele is made by students and young tourists
from all over the world that come to stay with us in
an international and convivial ambient.
We are located in the pure center of Nice,50 meters away from Massena
square, 100 meters away from the old town and the famous Promenade des
Inglais and his beaches; 10 minutes by walk from the SNCF train
station and 15 minutes by bus from the international airport of Nice.
Our studios are confortable; all including bathroom, shower and a
small kitchen; linen, towel and permanence tax are included
in the price, free Nice map.
We don't offer you breakfast but we are in a very central position
where you have a big choise of cafe and restaurant; pubs and night
clubs are
5 minutes away from the old town.
There' s no curfew, you have the key of the room and you can go in and
out any time you like.
