Guests who wish to drive themselves from Abu Dhabi (250 km away) or Dubai (400 km away) should follow the motorway E11. Around 10 km from the town of Ruwais, take the Jabel Dhanna turn-off and follow the signs to the Sir Bani Yas jetty. To ensure the safety of animals, private vehicles are prohibited on the island. Safe parking is available at Marsa Jabel Dhanna. A boat from the jetty will then take visitors across to the island.
