Positive: The location was very easy to find and a short drive from Linate airport. The room was clean, comfortable, and had bathrobes and slippers for extra comfort. Check-in was easy and fast and the front-desk staff "S" was friendly and welcoming. The sauna was AMAZING. I reserved a private sauna time at check-in and enjoyed an hour melting away the stress of travel. The sauna is next to a large reserve? park? next door where I saw a family of elk/deer creatures grazing. Very peaceful. Dinner was delicious and the waiters were happy to recommend their favorites from the menu. Wifi was fast (essential since I work while I travel) and I had no issues streaming video.
Positive: It’s very pretty from the outside.
Negative: The room was old and uncomfortable. There was a huge old closet in the middle of the room taking up a lot of space. The road leading up to the hotel was like a war zone, need an off-road vehicle to get through.
Positive: Clean, comfy, quiet, good breakfast with many varieties to choose from. Staff was very friendly and polite. Only stayed 1 night so I can't really say more.
Negative: The road leading up to the hotel is in really bad shape, but you can't really blame them for that. I'm mentioning it more like a heads up.
