The Hotel Villa Rosa Antico is a 16th-century villa standing on high ground among orange groves, looking down on both houses and coastline. Its setting provides an atmosphere that has faithfully preserved the authenticity of places still closely linked to the past. Over the years the villa has had several different owners but the last person to purchase it gave it as a gift to one of his sons who restored it and transformed it into a hotel. Surrounded by nature, full of atmosphere and painted pink, it is owned and run by the Campa family who gives a warm and friendly welcome to its guests.The rich façade of the Villa is built entirely in stone from the Lecce area (in Salento dialect known as leccisu), also called "kind stone", a typical kind of rock formation of the Salento region which is much appreciated for its malleability and for the fact it is easy to work. The same stone is also found in the interior, in the columns, the arches and in certain items of furnishing. All such beauty is set within the splendid landscape of Otranto, the most eastern city in Italy.
Free cancellation can be made up until 7 days before the check-in day. For cancellations made after this time a cancellation fee of 100% of the entire stay will be charged. All times refer to the local time at the property. For no-show, 100% of the entire stay will be charged.
