Villa Dafne is situated between Palermo, Agrigento, and Cefalu. From the farmlands of Villa Dafne, come the products that make their way to your table everyday such as organic cheeses, fruits, vegetables, and meats. All meals are prepared from family recipes.On Sunday the staff of the 4-star Villa Dafne organizes and will show their guests the preparation of ricotta with the old traditional technique and served with homemade breads. ServicesCooking Classes - It is a wondrous experience to learn the ways of the Sicilian kitchen. At the beginning of each lesson, you will be provided recipes, an apron from Villa Dafne, and a book with recipes. Every guest will prepare the recipe and will share in the meal with a great bottle of wine.Excursions are either by mountain bike or horseback, even for guests less experienced. Appointments made at the Villa Dafne stables, and they will take you through the Villa Dafne property and surrounding area.There are two pools at Villa Dafne: one for children and one for adults.
